It was indeed tough when I was totally tired of writing exams. In the morning we started at 9 am and finished at 12 noon. In the noon hours we started writing Community Empowerment and finished at 5 pm. It was tough indeed. I was totally tired. Mhalu was one the candidates who was tired. Mhalu told that he was behind and the time was not enough to him. He said he had some points not yet finished on his last question.
When I was going to submit my paper I encouraged him to try as quickly as he could in order to cover the last points for the last question. Mhalu said that he was too tired and it was just luck that he managed to finish answering the question. “I was not expecting that I could manage to finish, but I have manage to” said Mhalu.
Lameck, my fellow candidate escorted me on his motor bike to CI depot for Chikwawa. I boarded minibus at 5:20 pm. I was arriving Dyeratu (Chikwawa) at 6:15 pm. I hired a cyclist who ferried to Chinangwa village. My wife Betha was very happy she heard my voice when I knocked at the house door. She got out and hugged me. “Missed you for ages. I was feeling loneliness. You are most welcome” Bertha welcomed me.
