Boy bullied by guard

I was at field 209, where I was controlling irrigation and weeding as well. After all employees who were doing weeding knocked off I was under a certain tree studying. One of the cane guards got me and borrowed my bicycle. He told me that he wanted to follow some boys whom he suspected of stealing canes. I admitted him to take the bicycle. After 20 minutes I saw one the phase farmers and his wife came to where I sat and studying. “We have brought a sad news which one of your cane guards has done”. Then the cane guard and the young boy appeared from the drain side and the boy was bleeding. I apologized those who brought that incident to me that the guard is not allowed by the law to bull any found or suspected of stealing canes, but taken to the office for discussion or referred to police if the case was serious. Then it was decided to take the boy first to hospital for check up.
