Cloudy but no rain

Since 4^th-6^th November, 2009, when we received rainfall, people had been complaining of growing their different crops but no good germination. Most people are complaining for they don’t receive good rain. 2009 to 2010 rainy season was very impressive the way it started in early November 2009. People have lost hope if they are going to receive good rain.
