Replanting winter maize

With irrigation system for cane plantation, some farmers especially phase two they benefit from water that used to irrigate cane for maize grown. Initially farmers were managing to plant three times per year, but due to exhaustion of the soil we are only managing to have two planting season. Even though the plots are small, that can not produce much maize but still farmers survive. I first planted that when all farmers were planting, but the seeds were not in good condition that failed to emerge. I decided to replant. My wife and I left for the garden to replant. We knocked off at 11am.
