Peterson, one of the Chinangwa based cane farmers came got me home to borrow 20 kgs of maize for he found nothing in his account. He failed to find some money in his account because he borrowed many farm inputs from the stores and was deducted. He assured me that he was going refund the borrowed maize within two days. This farmer used to starve every month end because he did not budget his advances.
