One of the Kasinthula employees was demoted following the malpractices he was involved. This employee provided his supervisor with Mk100.00 as a matter of corruption in order to pay him on that day as if he worked. The supervisor warned him that he would be absent if he did not work. The man persuaded the supervisor that he would another Mk100.00 if he taken down him as if he attended the work.
The supervisor brought with him that Mk100.00 to the HR office. The corrupt employee was called for hearing and was demoted instead of just fired.
