Members were meeting at 2:25pm. The current chairperson asked me to take lead of meeting in various issues to be discussed. I reported on Chinangwa electrification project progress as one of the responsible person. I also informed members that Brian assigned me to conduct Fairtrade awareness to employees and farmers. As an outgoing premium committee secretary I advised current members to be committed to what I have been doing for them to capturer much better on Fairtrade issues. I also informed members about Candico visit on Thursday, Oct. 04, 2007 at around 8am.
