I was asked to attend a phase one and phase two committees to update the Fairtrade premium. I was supposed to type all the updates, but I only had opportunity to type at lunch hour while the owner of the computer was at home for lunch. I worked all the day to make everything in place.
At 2pm Kasinthula Cane Growers employees participated a meeting conducted by the Board Chairman and Kasinthula management. On this meeting employees were encouraged to work hand in hand with farmers as owners of the organization.
