When I got to my work I excused my general manager to go back to the fields to do irrigation. My boss advised me to keep on working but due to some circumstances I decided to concentrate on irrigation side. The other factor was that I had no access to have my own computer to use. “I only use a computer when the owner is not around and when the owner is at home for lunch”. Then the general manager admitted me to go back to field and when needed, I shall be called.
