Before taking breakfast, I left for the garden to continue planting winter maize crop. My wife got me at the field with already prepared porridge. I enjoyed that breakfast for it was prepared of white maize flour and fresh cow milk. While I was busy, my cousin’s husband informed me about the death of one of the Kasinthula cane farmers Jameson Maviko, a former phase one chairperson. It was so sad for he was one of the industrious farmers who had aspiration the Kasinthula’s transformation on his leadership.
In the afternoon, I turned up back to the garden to clear some bushes in preparation of the other day planting area. I was supposed to go to the field at around 2pm, but due sunny and hot condition, I was leaving at around 4:30 pm.
