My wife left me for garden to fetch vegetables. She told me to wait for breakfast after she is back from the garden. She prepared some porridge mixed with fresh cow milk. “Still I don’t have firewood and I need to fetch some soon after taking breakfast,” she told me. After that breakfast, she left for the borehole to draw water. I was just sleeping inside my room and felt loneliness because she was preparing relish outside the house soon after drawing water.
Mother in law and uncle cheered me home. At around 8am, I saw my wife’s uncle and mother in law arriving at my house while I was chatting with my young brother at his residence. My wife was also not around. I walked slowly to meet them at home, though I was at indolence. “Sorry I was at that young brother’s house but I saw you. My wife is also not around I do not know where she has gone” I told my mother in law. I provided them seats and welcomed them. “This one is my brother” she introduced the uncle to my wife. “Thank you and welcome once again” I said.
When my wife came back where she was, I gave her some money to buy goat meat for we had no relish to prepare food for the visitors. My wife assisted by her mother prepared that relish. At lunchtime, it was nice meal, which we all enjoyed. After taking that lunch, uncle left back for his home.
