Employees and farmers are always taught the Fairtrade issues. Fair-trade awareness is an ongoing issue. Farmers and employees should understand fully the fair-trade standards and requirements. Employees were asked to come to the office for the awareness. I was the one responsible to conduct that training. All of them understood fully the topic discussed. When I was teaching, I felt fever as if was malaria. “Though I am teaching but am not feeling good” I told those participants. One of them commented that he recognized my voice was not normal, as he knew me. We knocked off at 12noon. After that training, I paid an excuse to leave for home.
