Always my wife had been complaining of being tired drawing water on her head from the borehole about 350 meters. I realized that it was a burden to her because she is also responsible taking care of the baby as well as preparing food for home. She had been asking me to buy another bicycle because the old one was not in good condition. I one day told her that I had to reserve some money to buy the brand new bicycle. “I understand that drawing water on your head is totally a problem, but I will try to relieve you this burden” I told my wife. It was this day when I left for Blantyre to buy a brand new bicycle of which my wife was so happy. “Thank you very much for buying me a bicycle because it shall assist me in several ways like drawing water, collecting firewood from long distances and or even going to hospital when Junior that’s my child is sick” my wife said.
