One cane farmer who based at Chinangwa village was at large for being suspected of stealing a cow belonging to a certain farmer who lives at Mikanzo village. The police was at his house, but he was not there. His wife told the police that she did not know where the man was. “Tell him to get us tomorrow at the office” said one of the policeman. Many people bought beef with him early morning around 7am. He cheated consumers that he bought that cow somewhere and he decided slaughter it and sold to Chinangwa residents. People wondered when they heard that the beef owner was at large.
