I was just studying in the afternoon at around 3:30pm. Two men got me at my house one with pang knife and with a bow and arrow. “Did you see some crossing by yesterday or today?” they asked me. Those men told me that their cattle were stolen two days before. “How many were they?” I asked them. “There were 16 cattle.” They replied. I felt sorry because all those cattle were a lot of money. They left my home and proceeded with their move towards the Shire River. At around 5pm, I saw children flocking at a certain place. My friend phoned me to see what was happening. I went there to witness that development. It was so shameful because the thief was forced to publicly walk and bulled while he was naked. He further explained that they were two but his friend fled.
