Concern Universal visit

When I was at the office just about to pay an excuse to go home just because there was a blackout, I received a call from General Manager, Bryan Namata that he wanted me at his office. When I got in, he advised me to guide the Concern Universal visitors who were inside the office. All three visitors accompanied me to Chinangwa, Mthumba, Salumeji, Iso and Lauji villages. When I asked them their main interest of visiting they told me that they wanted to see themselves the villages’ setup in order to implement some of the preferred projects by the rural communities.

Standard 1 School children knocked off
When visitors and I arrived at the school the standard one children pupils were just knocking off. Visitors discussed with the deputy head teacher. The teacher was asked to explain some of the measures the school implemented in environmental and sanitation for school children to understand. “We have different clubs which deal with environment, Aids activities as well wildlife and we also indicated these as subjects” the deputy head teacher explained. When the teacher was interviewed I was taking photos of the just knocking standard one children and later encouraged them to work extra hard and prevent unnecessary absenteeism.
