It was very fortunate to Kasinthula Cane Growers for receiving a grant worth 2.55 million Euro. It was a great day that all cane farmers and those newly targeted farmers gathered in a large number with choir and drama plays. Paramount chief Lundu congratulated EU for the grant that it will promote the livelihood of rural and disadvantaged people in his area. It was a great day that never happen at Kasinthula. The EU representative appealed to all stakeholders to use the money effectively in all dimensions. The ceremony ended at around 3 pm.
