I left home early morning before breakfast for Blantyre (school). I boarded AXA bus at 6 am and arrived Blantyre at 7:57 am. We had the Sociology and Community Health lecturers. We started with Comm. Health lecturer and knocked off with the Sociology lecturer.
Had chips as lunch
Since I had less money, I did not go for reliable meals because I kept the traveling expense only back to Chikwawa. At CI Depot I bought locally fried chips at Mk70.00. I boarded the bus and arrived Chikwawa at 2 pm.
Minibus lost brakes
When I was about to finish the Shire Highlands at Thabwa Road Block I just wondered many people as well police officers escaping from their normal areas. I saw the minibus from our back at a very high speed crossing the Road Block that was already opened by the police men. It was later known that the driver had to brow the horn for unconditional aware. That minibus stopped at flat land about 5 meters from the Road Block.
