The sworn ceremony of proposed village headman failed early in the morning. It was learnt that the proposed man just declare himself that the leadership was for his clan. Some two men who understand themselves that the village leadership was founded by their father. Those two men who are not related to the proposed man referred the issue to District Commissioner and Chikwawa police station and were advised to consult Traditional Authority Katunga to rule out the postponement.
