Biswas went to transplant rice early morning when it was sunny and hot. He worked until 4pm. When coming back to Chinangwa village someone reported to a man whose 2 cattle missed that Biswas had those missed cattle. The matter was referred to Chikwawa police. It was later found out by court that he was not guilty but jealous made the man who tipped the cattle owner reported the case being Biswas as the first suspect.
