The man left his wife at her parents’ home for his original home for almost 6 months. Most people in Chinangwa village thought that they separated.
The woman decided to start brewing kachaso (local brewed beer with unmeasured high alcoholic percentage). She was able to care herself and children.
The man came at around 5pm and found the woman totally drunk. The man had nothing to say for he was told that she started taking beer for she understood that there was nobody who could order her what to do.
It was proposed that almost 12 Chinangwa based women shall be the piggery project beneficiaries, some of them lost hope for it has taken longer than they were expecting.
I was just arriving from the office around 6pm, some of these targeted women got me. They asked if the project is a failure or not. I told them that the project cannot fail but preparing the business plan is complicated. I also told them that the plan was already finished but one was damaged by my laptop and that I started preparing the new one. They really understood. I also advised them that to source funds is a tougher issue than utilization.
